Polyacrylonitrile fiber as the main reinforcement of cement concrete and asphalt concrete.Polyacrylonitrile fiber can obviously improve the tensile strength, fatigue strength and flexural tensile strength of concrete, and significantly improve the early crack resistance of concrete. Polyacrylonitrile fiber is used in asphalt to significantly improve the adhesion of asphalt, high temperature stability, fatigue durability, and polyacrylonitrile fiber has low temperature crack prevention and prevent the generation of reflection cracks, effectively improve the tensile, shear, compressive and impact strength.

When polyacrylonitrile fibers are used in cement concrete:

Polyacrylonitrile fiber can also be used as electrostatic flocking fiber, with good feel and thermal insulation properties.

Usage Method

Recommended dosage: polyacrylonitrile fiber is used in cement concrete, 0.6-2 kg/m³, Bridge deck pavement and other higher impact requirements can be in 1.5-1.8kg /m³.

Mixing time: Fiber and sand, stone, cement together with a blender and water wet mix for 1 minute.

Mixing process: Add aggregate → add fiber → add cement → add water → stir → add water,disperse the fibers completely.

Note:When used in asphalt concrete, the fiber is dry mixed with the aggregate, and the asphalt is sprayed into the mixture after 20 seconds, and the total mixing time is not less than 60 seconds.
